We don't sell your personal information. We only share it where that's needed to do the job you've asked about, for example with subcontractors and suppliers working on your project, with a local building department for a permit, or where the law requires or allows it.

Financing

If you follow a financing link on this site, your application is made on the website of Hearth, a third-party financing provider. The information you enter there is collected by Hearth and its lending partners under their own privacy policies, not this one.

Testimonials and project photos

We only publish a customer's testimonial or name with their permission. We don't publish street addresses. If you'd like a testimonial or a photo of your home removed, contact us and we'll take it down.

How this website works

The contact form on this site opens your own email app with your details filled in, and nothing is sent to us until you press send. This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google receives basic technical information such as your IP address when the page loads. Links to other websites, such as the Better Business Bureau, Facebook and Hearth, take you to sites with their own privacy practices.

Keeping your information safe

We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure and to protect it from loss, misuse and unauthorized access. We keep it only for as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires.

Children

This website is meant for adults. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
