These terms apply to your use of this website, which is operated by MMS Construction LLC, doing business as MMS Construction STL ("MMS Construction", "we", "us"), based in Villa Ridge, Missouri. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Estimates and construction work

Nothing on this site is an estimate or an offer to carry out work. Sending us a message doesn't create a contract. Any work we do for you is covered by a separate agreement between you and us, and that agreement, not these website terms, sets out the price, scope, timing and payment terms for the job.

Financing

Financing is offered through Hearth, a third-party provider, and its lending partners. MMS Construction is not a lender. Approval, rates and terms are decided by the lender, and any loan is an agreement between you and that lender.

Home purchases

Information on this site about buying homes is not an offer to purchase your property. Any home evaluation is an informal opinion, not an appraisal, and any purchase would be covered by a separate written agreement.

Photos, testimonials and results

Photos in our gallery show our own work, and testimonials are the views of the customers who gave them. Every home and every project is different, so they are examples only and not a promise of a particular result, price or timeframe for your job.

Ownership of content

The MMS Construction name and logo, and the text, photos and design of this site, belong to MMS Construction or are used with permission. The BBB Accredited Business seal is a trademark of the Better Business Bureau. You may view and print pages for your own personal use. You may not copy, republish or use our content commercially without our written permission.

Accuracy and availability

We do our best to keep this site accurate and up to date, but we don't guarantee that it is free of errors or that it will always be available. We may change or remove content at any time.
